  • Establish and maintain a Trust Account and any other account for the Owners Corporation in accordance with the requirements of the Strata Schemes Management Act.
  • Arrange for Annual Fire Safety Certification inspections.
  • Arrange for Pool Certification inspections.
  • Pay all incoming accounts on behalf of the Owners Corporation.
  • Prepare and post notices, including notice of meetings and levy notices.
  • Prepare financial reports, in accordance with the requirements of the Strata Schemes Management Act.
  • Prepare and maintain Strata Roll on behalf of the Owners Corporation.
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs for all common property as required.
  • Arrange quotations for regular maintenance contracts.
  • Arrange quotations for insurance renewals where required.
  • Prepare annual budgets for consideration by owners at the Annual General Meeting.
  • Prepare and forward quarterly financial reports to all owners.
  • Arrange termite inspections when required.
