History

 Elite Strata & Property Services Pty Ltd was established in December 2007 as a sister company to the Strata Management department of David M Williams Real Estate Pty Limited. Established in 1986,    David M Williams Real Estate Pty Limited provided Strata Management services to the Singleton and surrounding areas. In 1990 David M Williams Real Estate Pty Limited extended services to the Central Coast and this region continued to be our major growth area with properties under management from duplexes to large residential and commercial plans. In July 2007, the decision was made to create a Strata Management Company to service the Central Coast region as the portfolio for this area had increased substantially over the previous 17 years.
